We have arrived for our annual Police Week ceremony. I wanted to tell you your staff is amazing. They continue to set the standard for Service Excellence. The reception desk and check in process was quick and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff is amazing!!! Both you and your staff certainly set the standard for the Hampton Inn. We enjoy our stay at this location and I am honored to extend our sincere appreciation for your wonderful efforts. We have been staying here for a few years now and when you see the same staff, I think that alone tells volumes for the great work environment.

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful Bob and I are for the friendship, courtesy, hospitality and genuine caring we have been shown by you and your amazing staff.....Abigail, Tony, Phillip and many others I did not get to know as well. Over the years we have travelled and stayed at a number of hotels, but never have we met a collective group of such loving people as we did at Hampton Inn Alexandria/Pentagon South, Virginia.
Bob's chair is heavy and awkward to handle, but everyone on the vans jumped in and made my life so much easier. This trip was very important for Bob and I to make, but while I was excited to make it, it was also with a sense of apprehension and dread wondering how in the world I was going to manage handling his chair so many times without seriously hurting myself, which of course I cannot afford to do. I truly believe God gives you the people who will bless you when you are in need and he provided me with Angels this week.
Your property is so clean and homey. Bob and I both dread leaving tomorrow. It's doubtful that we will be able to make this trip again, which makes it even more difficult because we feel as though we are leaving family behind. We will carry with us memories of our wonderful new friends. Customer service is so rare these days, but everyone has far exceeded any expectation we might have had.
